Outlook Express won't sign in to Hotmail: 'Bad Password'.

Outlook and Outlook Express will not accept the password for the Hotmail
account. Tried using Outlook Connector, changing password, turning around
three times with fingers crossed; nothing worked. It gets through okay with
IE7, and on MSN Home page. What's up with that? Anyone?
