Outlook Express, WinXP- maximize messages and action on delete message

In Outlook Express, the e-mail window opens very small,
adn I can not find where to set the e-mail message to
maximize on open.

How can I set this?

Also, after deleting an opened e-mail message, Outlook
Express automatically opens the next e-mail int he
folder. I want outlook Express to just go back to the
Inbox so I can view messages and decide which one I want
to open next.

How can I set this?

97/98/2000/2002/2003 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

to get to the Internet Explorer groups, then click the plus sign next to
