Outlook Express - Windows Live

I have downloaded Windows Live. The only e-mail account I can get to work in
it is Hotmail. FAQ says that I need to go to tools. I don't have tools on
my tool bar.
I have always used Outlook Express.
Now I can't even get Express to open up.
Can anyone help me.
 
Contact Windows Live Help directly. They could help you better than the
Outlook Express forum. This forum is for Office, not Windows Mail or Outlook
Express.
