Outlook express toolbar

After I installed Multilingual User Iterface (MUI) on my
WinXP and changed the interface language to hebrew, the
icons in the outlook express' toolbar are now shown with
black backgrounds on them.
If you know about this problem or you know how to edit
the basic icons in outlook (6.0) toolbar please respond
here.
