I receive an error message that says error occured while initializing MAPI
when i attempt the Outlook Express part. Am I exporting to a disk or file
since there are 2 seperate computers?

Either. I would suggest you export to your hard drive and then copy to a cd.
I don't know why you are getting a MAPI error. Sorry.

Your Outlook Express mail folders from the old computer need to be
imported into Outlook Express on the new computer. Once there, use
Outlook Express' File > Export command to export your messages from
Outlook Express into Outlook.

In order to export messages from Outlook Express to Outlook, both
applications must be installed and configured on the same machine. Outlook
Express exports messages directly into Outlook without an intervening file
using MAPI protocols.
