Outlook Express takes a minute to start?

On one system, Outlook Express starts up and ready to use immediately.

On another system, it starts up and then takes about a minute before I can
use it.

Both are on XP Pro.

Any ideas why?

Outlook Express is part of IE. You should ask in a group specializing in
Outlook Express questions.

Sorry, you're right. They weren't in my list from the ms news groups until
I refreshed the list. Perhaps were added later...
