Outlook Express STILL launches Windows Messenger!

I don't get it. I've unticked the box to tell Outlook
Express to NOT launch Windows Messenger when it opens,
but it is still happening!!! Any ideas people?

That'll do it. ) And also remove the delay from when it has been

In OE View - Layout uncheck the 'Contacts' box. OE uses Messenger to
manage contacts
