Outlook Express Stationary

How do you keep the font the same in frontpage for when
you use the file in OE for stationary. I save the picture
and words for my stationary in frontpage where I created
it and then when i create a new message in OE it has all
the pics and the right font, but when I type a message,
the font goes back to times new roman
 
try Tools/Options/Compose I think thats where it is.
