outlook express spell check

when i try to check spelling in out look express a box pops up.it states
pleas wait while windows configures microsoft picture it !premium 10. the
next box states the feature you are trying to use is on a cd rom or other
removeable disc that is not available. insert the microsoft picture it! 10'
disc and click ok. when i click on cancel i get an error message. Error 1706
no valid source could be found for product the window installer cannot
continue. next message reads an error occured while the spelling was being
checked. How can i fix this problem.

similiar problem. What we did may help you. I hope it does. I'll be back
