Outlook Express Sharing Mail Among Accounts

How can I change my settings so that when I recieve mail in outlook express in one user account it will show up on the others??? Right now if I were to click recieve and recieve mail under my account it won't show up into another account on the same computer. It is all under the same email address and account. What do I do???
 
Tools>accounts click on account name/ click on properties/ click on
advanced tab/ near bottom click box by "leave a copy on server"/click OK
