How do we use Outlook express with an ISP that does not support outlook
express? The ISP prefers we use webmail through their server.

I would suggest that you ask this question in a newsgroup supporting Outlook
Express. The website can be confusing - it's landed you in the first
alphabetical group, one which supports Microsoft Access. Please scroll down
the list of subjects and repost in an Outlook Express group.
