Outlook Express Scrolling Problem

I use OE6 and for some reason I cannot use the mouse to scroll through the
message body in either the preview pane or when I open the message.
I can use the side bar to scroll and this is the only scrolling problem that
I have.
I have tried removing and re-installing OE using the Add Windows components
in Add/Remove Programs, but the problem remains.
Help please.

Recheck your Mouse scroll settings in Control Panel. You might need a
software update for Intellipoint if you have a MS mouse. Some programs can be
excluded in the Mouse Troubleshooter. Look at the settings in that, too. It
has nothing to do with settings in OE. Make sure you click in the body of any
document you want to scroll through. You can even click in the scroll bar and
then try wheel scrolling.
