outlook express- scrambled e-mails

Please can you help, I get some e-mails I can't read, why only some of them,
and haow can I solve this problem?

You really haven't told us enough. Are they from known senders? Can you
read the subject? Is there a paperclip? At Tools | Options | Read is the
box to Read all messages in plain text checked?
