My outllok repeatedly recieves messages, I believe the virus win32/netsky is
the problem. This virus has been detected and cleaned but when i go back into
outlook all the messages reappear!!! Do i need to unistall outlook and
internet explorer? The thing is i am worried about doing that! Any one else
have any ideas? Please help xx

Outlook and Outlook Express are two completely different apps.
If you are *receiving* msgs it generally means some one is sending them.
Its unlikely anything to do with the mail appp, they are likely to be spam.
I trust you have a current AV app.and Firewall installed, and have scanned
your sys.
There are specific instructions for removing a virus, if you use an o/s that
has a system restore facility.

We had that problem a few months ago. Our message had gotten 'stuck' in a
county server and was repeatedly being resent from there...... Open the
message>click View>click Options>click Internet Headers. Read where the email
is coming from and get them to check their server to see if the email is
stuck in their server. They may not even be aware of it. If you do not know
the person who sent it to you, you will have to contact your server for help
to contact that person or company.
