Outlook Express printer margins

We loose the first letter of every line when we print and
we can't find any way to change the margins. Do we have a
problem interfacing with the printer? Do we need to
reinstall the printer? Any other application, Microsoft
or not, interfaces with the printer just fine, and we
don't loose anything.

Please help.
