Outlook Express pop3 error

We have a small office network with 1 XP laptop that connects wireless.
All pc's and laptop can browse fine , send mailand recieve apart from the
laptop it keeps coming up with this error message .

The host 'mail.domainname.com' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'mail.domainneme.com, Server: 'mail.domainname.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

All the settings are fine because when it connects to my home wireless
broadband it recieves everything ok. every thing is set up as the other work
stations and they work fine.
