Dear Support,
I Have a probelm with the above mentioned programs.
When I create an account with outlook 2003 or outlook express, via our
network, (e.g (e-mail address removed))in servers options of outlook or outlooke
express, I specify the I.P address of the Postmaster mail & proxy software
machine where I have loaded the mail server software.
The program works fine and no problem.
After reboot the machine, I have propblems in server setting in a sense it
change to local host and in the account information it add an (\121.1.2.35)
and looks like skhalef\121.1.2.35 and this cause problesm with my pop
incoming settings. The smpt server setting are not changing they remain the
same.
Kindly advise what to do since the pop server setting is changing all the
time i start the machine.

Sounds like you have an add-in (antivirus? anti-spam?) that is changing
this...Outlook doesn't do this on its own.
