outlook express, outlook, palm one transfers

I'm trying to transfer my emails from Outlook express to Outlook on my
computer; also trying to transfer my contact, calendar etc. info from Palm
One to Outlook on my computer.

Tech impared
 
Check with Palm or Chapura Software for programs that will allow you to synch with Outlook. Palm used to include the Chapura software on its CDs for just this purpose. Don't know if they do anymore since I stopped using a Palm many years ago.

Thank you Milly. I remember seeing Chapura on an old Palm program now that
you mention it. I'll keep trying. Best to you.
