outlook express outbox

I am having a problem with outlook express. When I send email, the message
goes to the outbox and never completes the cycle even though the email has
been sent through the server and is delivered to the addressee. Any Ideas?
HELP this is my business email and n I need to tracjk what is sent. When I
switch Identities to my personal email I don't have the problem!

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
