Outlook Express on new computer

I am setting up OE on a new computer and would like to transer a log of
existing emails in my Inbox to the Inbox on my new computer. Is there a
quick and easy way to export these?

Also, how do I export the address book?

You have posted to the Outlook newsgroup NOT the Outlook Express one.
Copy\Paste the link below into your IE Browser and it will take you to the
proper group where there is a lot of experts that can help you. We have to
