Outlook Express Not Working Right

for some reason when i opened up outlook express the
other day it had deleted my newsgroups account and then
when i reinstalled it i could not access the newsgroups
that i had before and then when i opened it up again
today the newsgroups were deleted again. i dont even
know where to start troubleshooting on this one

your help would be very appreciated

Create a new Named Identity. Import messages from the old Identity before
deleting it (File>Identities>Manage Identities).
