outlook express not responding

Hi each time I try to open outlook express it opens but
then get not responding,wonder if anyone has any Idea why?
It was ok earlier,working ok,then suddenly it will not
work,all antivirus uptodate and checked daily,have zone
alarm,as firewall.
maybe it`s me but found since it has been included with
explorer it`s not as good,as before,perfered it when
outlook express was not included with explorer,and if you
had a problem you could download it from site and
reinstall it on it`s own.
any help?

Your post is a bit confused, but here goes: 1) Did this ever work? 2) If
yes, then what changed between the time things worked and the time they
didn't? 3) Check your email settings - perhaps they are incorrect. 4)
Do a scan for spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
(www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) since
spyware can sometimes affect Internet workings. Post back with more
details, including what you did to troubleshoot, if you need more help.
