Outlook Express Newsreader

If you go to Tools -- Mail and News -- Read News then Outlook Express
launches as a standalone news reader. Does anyone know an actual command
sequence to invoke that?

msimn.exe /outnews

I think that this is also a valid switch for the same thing:
msimn.exe /newsonly
