Outlook Express Missing email text body

Outlook express has some how lost the text body of
all "In & Outgoing" email messages.
You can send a message and the receiver get the text but
you cannot see it in the sent message folder or if saved
in draft. All previous saved or sent email also do not
display any text.

This just started happening yesterday.

Please help!
