Outlook Express Message Rules

Does anyone know if it is possible to write a batch file that will add an
entire list of domains to either the blocked senders list or to a message
rule in one operation? I have a list of about a hundred spam domains that I
want to put in the rules or blocked sender but don't relish the thought of
adding them one at a time.

They have to be added one at a time, and only everything *after* the
@ sign.
