Outlook Express Mail Q

I posted these questions in the Outlook newsgroup and got
no response. Can anyone help me?

My PC crashed and I am having a problem getting my
settings back in Outlook Express 6 mail the way they
were. When I create a new message, the window is small
and I have to increase the size. How can I set it so I
don't have to do this each time?

I re-created my stationary but now I have to apply it
each time. How can I set it so I don't have to APPLY
with each new message? Thanks!

Open Outlook express- Click Tools -Options - Compose tab - Place check in Stationary - mail Select your new stationary. Save & close
