outlook express mail link not able to open

I am not able to link on outlook express mail,,how to i
check my system information to see if it is properly
instqaled?
 
Please clarify your question. Is your problem one of not getting links in
your E-mails to function when you click them OR is it that links you place
in E-mails do not set up properly OR is it that you just cannot connect to
your E-mail Server?
