Outlook express logon window removal

Can't receive emails everytime I click receive a window comes up and asks for
password but I'm already connected to server via IE6.
Error says user name or password incorrect.
Server error 0x800ccc90 and 0x800ccc92.
Can't seem to get round this.
My password is the same whether I use IE6 or outlook
I still can connect and use web but just can't receive emails.

Hi Geoff,

Highlight the Password and then just type in the Password again. Make
sure your Caps Lock is off and your password matches. You might want to
change your password, then update the changes in Outlook Express.

Also check your Account settings within the Account Properties. Make
sure that you don't add @microsoft.com and just Enter geoff as an example.
True if bypassing any SpamKiller or Spam Blocker programs.
