Outlook Express Issue

I configured one mailbox using OE6 & I got an error
message saying:
" There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your
Password was rejected. Account: 'ExchangeServer',
Server: 'ExchangeServer', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR A required privilege is not held by the
client.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92 "
