Outlook Express is doing spell check in French I need englsh

I just installed Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007. Somehow my Outlook Express
is using French when doing spell check. I have tried to change it to English,
however that is not an option. How do I get this fixed?

<sigh> This is SO WELL DOCUMENTED - a 5 second Google search would have got
you the answer.
Either install the English proofing tools from a prior version of Office or
download and install a free spellcheck for OE. Google for them.

BTW, for future reference:
This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general (for OE 6), or

Post to an OE group, its a common problem
OE groups are part of IE groups
OE is not part of Office or Outlook
