outlook express identity change

I added a new identity and now when change to either the outlook button is
unopenable and I have to restart. Outlook opens ok with the new identity
switching back requires a restart aswell
 
Find the location of each identity's DBX file (see below) and rename
Folders.DBX while OE is closed (this will lose all previously READ pointers,
but probably allow the identity change again.

OE, Tools menu, Options, Maintenance Tab, "Store Folder" button, see Change
button for path to Identity files.
