Outlook express Hyperlinks

Im had to do a repair install of my OS MS Windows XP Pro.
Now my hyperlinks will not work in my received E Mail.

I subscrib to an on line catalouge and I can noe expand any articles on the
page, But if I take it to Internet explorer Hyperlinks work. ??

I have stopped all pop up software, still no go.

Any help apriciated.
