outlook express & hotmail problem.

Hi all.
I'm no longer able to receive or send email with outlook express, using
hotmail account.
Every time i try, i get this:
An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Hotmail', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12019, Error Number: 0x80004005

I tried to remove the fire wall, but it doesn't work.
Please help.

Fixed it
I changed the connection properties>networking form PPTP VPN to L2TP IPSec
VPN.
