Outlook Express Help Please

Clear DayI belong to several newsgroup on Outlook express. I'm having
trouble lately.

Whenever I try to access the groups, I get "The TCP/IP connections was
unexpectedly terminated by the server."

I also get errors.... This program is not responding, etc...

Also, when I try to reload the newsgroups, it goes halfway then TCP/IP error
comes up and the program stops responding.

I have checked for spyware, viruses, etc. My pc has all the protection I
can get and everything comes out clean.

I'm a senior citizen and not too savvy about pc's, but this is the first
time, I'm really having problems with my pc. I'm hoping someone will be
kind enough to give me some help in easy terms to understand.
