Outlook express freezes up when switching identities

When switching identies in Outlook Express 6 my screen freezes and I have to quit using Task Manager. I have Windows XP operating system. This was working fine up until recently. I have Norton Antivirus and keep it current, so I don't think it is a virus

Any Ideas

Copy/paste the following into an IE Addressbar, click on GO, then copy/paste
the results into your reply:
