Outlook Express Font Size When Printing

When I print out a received message, the headers print out perfectly.
However, the body of the message prints out in about a 6-8 font size.
Writing and reading incoming and outgoing messages are not affected. Only
printing out messages. I have gone to all the tools, options sites and
everything looks fine. I'm using a Brother MFC-3420C printer and have gone
in to preferences and couldn't find any adjustments to be made there. Any
suggestions???

Hi Dave...

I appreciate your quick response! I've already been there and done that.
Do you think it may have something to do with my printer drivers? This is
frustrating - especially when your boss has a difficult time ready the
emails! ;>

Hi Delyga,
Did you read the article and follow all the instructions STEP BY STEP?
It seems to me, that when you say "I've already been there and done that"
you mean that you have tried to change the font size at this point, but that
is not the issue. As explained in the article,
This behavior may occur if the print drivers are not set to the same font
size (the default font size is medium) as the text size.
You have do do the changes in Outlook Express and in Internet Explorer with
shut down and restart of your computer and change back, following exactly
the Instructions in the article.
Regards,
