My OE 6 have been working well for a a couple years. About three weeks ago
it started to disallow sends. Here is the error message I get:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject
'Emailing: PA200139.jpg', Account: 'mail.peoplepc.com', Server:
'smtp.peoplepc.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relaying to
(e-mail address removed) prohibited by administrator', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

All OE security and IE6 security set low. Also disallows e-mail from my
account on the web which uses OE as the mail client.

It doesn't matter if there is an attachment or not.

Any thoughts would be greatly appriciated!

Thanks
Phil
