server:smtp.mail.yahoo.co.jp
protocol:SMTP(521 smtp.mail.yahoo.co.jp closing transmission channel. You must be pop-authenticated before you can use this smtp server, and you must use your yahoo mail address for the Sender/From field port:25, Security(SSL):none
server error:521
error number:0x800CCC78

This above message appeared when I tried to send an email. I also have troubles receiving emails. What happened?

You may need to enter the correct reply to address for your mail account. to do this in outlook express, go to: Tools>Accounts>Mail and double click your mail account. In the reply to field enter your correct yahoo address.
