Outlook Express Error message

The following message comes up each time I try to send email thru Outlook
Express":
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible cause for
this indles server problem, network problems. or a long period of inactivity.
Acct. 'IMAP.aol.com', Server:SMTP.aol.com Protocol:SMTP, Port 25, Secure(SSL)
No. Socket Error 10061, Error #OX800CCOE.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
