Outlook Express email recovery

Lillie

Hi,
My computer abruptly shut down and when I reopened Outlook Express 6 all the
messages in my inbox and the Inbox sub-folders were gone but all other
folders were okay. However, when I went to do a backup of my OE
mailbox/messages, I saw that the Inbox was quite large (total of 1,782,830
KB). Main Inbox folder is 625,611 KB and balance is in 9 sub folders under
Inbox. Can these "hidden" messages be recovered? If so, how do I do this?

Thanks for your help!
Lillie

MS Outlook is not shorthand for MS Outlook Express; it is a completely
different application. You will find more MSOE expertise in an MSOE news
group. Because you appear to prefer the browser to a news client, try this
