Outlook express e-mail

How do i set up outlook express to send a message to
multiple people without revealing other peoples e-mail
address to everyone else?

The view "All Headers" feature may be disabled.
To enable the BCC feature, click on the New Mail button, and then click All
Headers on the View menu.
