outlook express e-mail

someone else set up my account with my e-mail address. I do not know the
password. secondly,i trird to add additional e-mails but i can not send. I
really don't use outlook so can I just get rid of it?

Ask Outlook Express questions in microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.
Ask your ISP what your account password is or ask them to change it to
something of your choice. If this is for a work computer, your IT staff
will do this for you.
