Outlook Express document in Start Menu

Hi

I want to open a Outlook Express Email Document ready to write and send from
the Start Menu. I've don't it be for but have lost the code..

1) right click on your desktop
2) select "New" and then "shortcut"
3) type "mailto:" as the location
4) keep clicking "next" to put the shortcut on the desktop
5) drag the shortcut to you Start Menu
6) voila! the link will open a blank e-mail
