outlook express deleted text

I just typed a message on outlook express and i accidentally, when selecting
all, deleted it. Then i pressed the undo key to bring it back and
accidentally undid the undo which made my message disappear once again but
this time the undo button is inactive making it not possible to bring it
back. Is there any other way of retrieving my lost unsaved message?
 
No, there's no way to bring it back.
Incidentally, Vista doesn't have Outlook Express, it has Windows Mail.
