Outlook Express can not find pop3 and smpt server?

Hi everyone!
When I try to send email message from outkook express I received the massege
that (host "smpt" and "pop3" could not be found, verify that you have entered
the server name correctly) How to find in my ISP correct server names? (Maybe
my ISP using different servers name-http or imap)

Hi Robert

Contact your ISP - most have step by step instructions for setting up mail
clients.
