Outlook Express blank messages

Yesterday, one of our users had email in his Inbox, Sent,
Deleted folders and could read them all. Later, when he
tried to look at them, the body of ALL the messages and
the attachments will not show in the preview pane or if
you double click on the email to open it. You can use
WordPad to go into the directory where the email is
stored and open the Inbox and sort through to see that
the data is actually there and read some of it but it
will not show in Outlook Express.
Antivirus is up to date, microsoft patches are up to date.
New virus??
I posted this under the Outlook Newsgroup yesterday and
had a couple responses saying others have had the same
problem but no solutions yet.
I checked Symantec's website and they don't have anything
like this posted yet either.

There seems to be a spate of this in the last day or two. Ask in an Outlook
Express newsgroup.
