Outlook Express and Explorere won't start

Hi All

One of my pc's has come up with a problem, I can connect to the internet OK
and even see my messanger buddies come on line, but when I try to run
Outlook express or IExplorer, nothing happens. I have checked for viruses
and nothing is reported.
Can anyone help?

Maybe a full cache? Right-click your browser icon, properties, delete files.
