Outlook Express Address Book

Does anyone know how to change Outlook express's address book to
default to the "Shared Contacts" instead of defaulting to the user's
contacts?

Can't be done. However, using a Standalone Address Book might suit your
needs. Please read all the caveats and instructions for use:
