Outlook Express address book problem

Anyone figured out how to fix the problem with the address book in Outlook
Express. Trying to take an on line class and need to use it.
I have looked at the mesage about installing KB911567 and have done that.
Still no go. I continue to get the same error when I click on the email in
Outlook Express.
"Unable to open address book. Address book may not be installed correctly."
I could really use some assistance. I appreciate it!

YOu will get a more qualified answer if you would ask in an Outlook Express
newsgroup. This is not one of them. This newsgroup addresses issues with MS
Office Outlook.

This is the only newsgroup I found for Outlook. Did not see one for Outlook
Express directly.

If you are not helping with the solution, then you are part of the problem.
Please do not add to my frustration or the frustration of others by replying
to the emails people send in, if you are not going to assist with their
problems.
Cheers
