Outlook Express Address Book Export

I am trying to export my address book from Outlook into an Excel sheet. I
need to then put the Excel sheet onto a Word ducument to make labels. How do
I do these tasks?

Your subject says "Outlook Express". The message body says "Outlook".
Which are you using? They're two different applications.
